Man files lawsuit against Godiva for selling 'Belgian' chocolate made in America A man in Virginia has filed a lawsuit against the company, as he realized that the "Belgian" chocolates he purchased in Washington D.C. were not actually from Belgium -- and he is not the first plaintiff to bring up the issue to court.
